**Accounts Receivable Associate**

**Department overview**:
The Accounts Receivable Department is part of the Finance Division within Michael Kors and responsible for the collection, credit management and back-office activities related to the wholesale business.

**Who You Are**:
You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated with an analytical and hands-on mindset. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
**What You’ll Do**:
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collection of overdue balances for assigned customers
- Prepayment requests and follow-ups
- Statement of account reconciliations
- Contribution to weekly cash flow forecasts
- Weekly reporting on aging
- Proactive communication with wholesale customers, account executives and customer service
- Close collaboration with third-party collection agency and credit insurances
- Chargebacks follow up with customer service and customers for their smooth and quick resolution
- Ad-hoc projects support

.**You’ll Need to Have**:

- Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken). Good knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Business school or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of AS400 (RLM), Qlik are a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) is a plus
