We make motors drive As center of excellence for medium voltage drives in Turgi, Switzerland, act as the global partner in the development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of medium voltage for various industries. We have built drives for the world’s largest cruise liner and the world’s largest wind turbine. Committed to strengthening our dedicated customer project management team, we are currently looking for a reliable individual to coordinate aspects of the project and support our project managers in the execution of the project. **This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Execute the customer order booking process in collaboration with Sales, Controlling, and Head of Project Management
- Execute various component orders in a timely manner
- Support / follow up on regular Project Management tasks, e.g. handling invoice & credit notes; tracking project costs; invoices and payments to receive and expediting
- Prepare reports for and invite to regular meetings, e.g. team meeting, project review, project close-out, continuous improvement
- Create and send project documentation, e.g. user manuals, status reports
- Support the creation and analysis of monthly key performance indicators
- Care for employees and general office management tasks, e.g. arrange travels, events, presents, onboarding of new employees, etc.

**Your background**:

- Solid vocational qualifications in a commercial discipline and curiosity to continuously refine IT skills
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in an international industrial company
- Good skills using SAP R/3, in particular SD and PS module
- Solid proficiency in MS Office 365, in particular MS Excel and MS Outlook, experience with MS Sharepoint is a plus
- Confident and balanced personality - even under pressure
- Swift working style with attention to details
- Solid command of English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- Openness to learn and to adjust to change
