**Job Description**:
En tant que Change manager et en soutien au Change Manager Patrimoine, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Elaborer la matrice des impacts organisationnels
- Réaliser des diagnostics pour évaluer les moteurs du changement, les résistances, les impacts sur la culture d'entreprise, les personnes, les processus et/ou les outils
- Effectuer les analyses d'impacts organisationnels avec le métier et les BAM
- Mettre en œuvre et exploiter tous les leviers disponibles pour mobiliser et engager les acteurs clés impliqués et impactés par le programme ERP
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des activités du change management prévues dans le cadre du Programme ERP (aide à la décision, définition, déploiement et suivi des livrables)
- Être en soutien pour la validation des processus actuels et futurs avec les BA, les métiers, le team « processus »
- Coanimer la communauté Focus Group
- Accompagner les managers dans l'établissement des plans d'action (présentation des analyses d’impacts, définir les actions et suivre la mise en œuvre)
- Reporter les points bloquants, les résultats et le suivi au Change Manager
- Préparer les contenus de communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellentes connaissances dans la gestion du changement
- Maitrise MS Office
- Certification Procsi, un grand atout
- Résistance au stress
- Méthodique
- Organisée
- Autonome.
