The CRM Administrator will, from an operation perspective, customize the Salesforce Platform, helping Explora Journey’s users get the most out of Salesforce by making the platform work for the business’s uniqueness. In parallel, from a project-based business-improvement perspective, the incumbent will help the businesses providing ad-hoc guidance, planned trainings, and support on new service requests. To meet the goal, the CRM Administrator will work with all the functions of the business (sales, marketing, support), as with other functions within IT (Reservation services, Digital channels, architecture and operations). At least 2 year experience in Salesforce with a trajectory covering administration Real passion about Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce solutions Salesforce administrator and cloud specialist credentials (superbadges or certificates) Fluent in English, oral and written STRONG plus: additional Salesforce Certifications and Superbadges; experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud; experience in CTI implementations (ideally Amazon connect)Excellent communication skills Solution-oriented Teamwork Active Listening Critical Thinking Empathetic Set up users, security and access settings Build reports, dashboards, and other analytics Assist the business with data activities, perform massive data changes, and troubleshoot scenarios on data changes reserved to administrators Assist the business maintain a clean state of their data, performing cleansing exercises, and setting up data quality monitoring dashboards Drive adoption of the platforms by delivering added value from unused standard features Deliver planned training and ad-hoc guidance Assist on the delivery of new CRM projects and enhancements by assisting the business driving through the UAT ceremonies Assist the business with custom managed packages, ex. Contract management with digital signaturesVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
