**Your mission**:
***You will**:

- Oversee the accounting for Boostbar, including:

- Creditor bookkeeping, including expense management
- Accounts receivable management including dunning process
- Payroll management
- VAT declaration
- Controlling & management accounts
- Drafting of monthly and annual management reports
- Managing payments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, time off requests
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- This role is part-time at around 50%-80%

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial training
- 3-5 years of experience as accountant and/or HR administration
- Experience with accounting systems e.g. Abacus and Xero
- Great people & communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- You’re able to create structure & order in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
