Admin Assiatant -German Speaking role - contract role, location in Zurich
- Job details:
- Independent processing in our administrative areas and general office work
- Carrying out orders for our office - e.g. B. general office supplies, etc.
- Creation and verification of credit card statements & verification of travel expense reports from our employees
- Coordination & booking of business trips for our employees
- Fleet management
- Organization and coordination of internal company events and other diverse occasions

**Experience needed**:

- Initial experience with administrative office work desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and admin skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Very good written & verbal communication skills
- You are an organizational talent and can set priorities
- You are characterized by your independent, responsible and proactive way of working
