The successful applicant will join the Team of Prof. Sacha Varone at the Geneva School of Business Administration
in the Economie d’Entreprise department. The position offers an opportunity to work in a stimulating, collaborative
and dynamic environment.
- Assisting a UAS professor for teaching activities:
Courses are in decision science: optimization and statistics
- Participating in research projects and consultancy mandates in logistics
- Contributing to administrative tasks related to the teacher's teaching areas

**The required qualifications and skills are**:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Julia, Python,);
- Knowledge of LaTeX
- Knowledge in statistics and optimization (i.e. operations research, decision sciences) would be an asset;
- Interest in quantitative methods

**Additional information**:

- HES Assistants are hired for one year, renewable up to four years;
- The salary rate for an UAS assistant corresponds to a class 8 - annuity 0 for persons holding a Bachelor

degree, and class 9 - annuity 2 persons holding a Master degree

**Starting date**: 01.02.2024 or to be agreed
