**An Assistant UAS in Consumer Psychology**
**Activity Rate : 100%**

**Limited duration of 12 months, renewable

- Develop skills in activities related to teaching and research
- To demonstrate autonomy and initiative in a variety of activities

**Mission**:

- Assist a UAS professor for teaching activities (e.g. assist students in the design of interviews/surveys and data

analysis)
- Proctor exams, correct students’ oral or written exams
- Participate in research projects and consultancy mandates. Contribute to identify the relevant articles and write

literature reviews on specific research questions, design interview guides and questionnaires, collect data, analyse

data

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in psychology or social science or marketing with a strong focus on people’s perceptions/attitudes/

behaviours. Master degree is a plus
- An advanced understanding on how to design an interview guide or a questionnaire and conduct interviews or surveys
- An advanced understanding of statistics (e.g. t-test, ANOVA, Chi2, regression, factorial analysis) and how to use

them to analyze data related to perceptions, attitudes, behaviours. Some knowledge in textual analysis would be a

plus.
- Flexibility, autonomy and sense of organization
- Ability to communicate (with teachers and students) and write in English and French
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

**Particularity of the Assistant UAS position**:

- The duration of this UAS contract is for 12 months, renewable up to four times
- The salary rate for an UAS assistant corresponds to a class 8 - annuity 0 for persons holding a Bachelor degree and

a class 9 - annuity 2 for persons holding a Master degree

**Starting date**:September 1rst, 2024 or to be agreed upon***
