For our _Techfirm Industrial Services _team, we would like to integrate a

PURCHASING ASSISTANT (M/W/D) (This job is based in Switzerland)

Ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together

**Salary**: between 5000 CHF and 5500 CHF per month.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the assignation of manufacturing process related data into the database.
- Coordinate the retrieval and storage of batch documentation from external stakeholders and assigning of batches in the electronic data system
- Ensure that the documentation for supporting activities are complete and consistent with the current version of batch production records.
- **Responsible for the creation of all Purchase Orders & Requests of the site within SAP**, follow-up of the created PO/PR.

Implementation of a new purchasing tool and training of users, creation, monitoring and dissemination of purchasing data in SAP

**Requirements**:
Training as a procurement assistant or comparable qualification with some years of practical experience industrial environment, preferably in Life Sciences.

Good knowledge of SAP

Very good knowledge English; French and German. would be a plus
