Tasks
- Video Production & Motion Design: Elevate our video content quality by creating high-impact product videos, explainer videos, and promotional content that aligns with our brand identity. Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to ensure engaging and visually appealing videos across all digital platforms.
- Graphic Design Support: Provide graphic design services to produce static visuals such as social media graphics, banner ads, and infographics. Ensure visual consistency across platforms and collaborate closely with marketing to develop complementary static assets for our video content.
- Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand look across all visual materials, both animated and static.
- Content Innovation: Keep up with the latest trends in video production, motion graphics, and design to continuously improve our content and keep it fresh, modern, and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Affinity for Bitcoin: Strong interest in and understanding of Bitcoin is crucial.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Motion Designer or similar role (ideally at a fintech startup), with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, motion graphics, and complementary graphic design work.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender and additional design/animation software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail & Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail. Ability to produce captivating, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and enhances our brand’s visual appeal.
- Collaborative & Flexible: Ability to work effectively with social media, content, and product teams, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for Video & Design: A passion for creating outstanding visual content that tells our brand story effectively and creatively across multiple platforms.
