Professional Nanny for 3 Children

Lampentasche is a specialised nanny agency in Switzerland. For a dynamic family with three children, we are looking for an exceptionally committed nanny who primarily will be looking after the three children at an age range between 2 and 6 years old, while at the same time making everyday life easier for the family. This is a very responsible position in the beautiful area of Zug. The parents are both entrepreneurial personalities who have a lot of drive and are grateful for any support. The starting date could be between now and mid of September at the latest. The family is interested in long-term cooperation.
Aufgaben
- Working days are Monday to Friday between 08:00 am to 07:00 pm (times vary depending on the day for example Tuesday lasts from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm, Friday from 03:30 pm to 07:00 pm)
- The tasks vary from day to day, but they will include: maintaining the daily routine, accompanying & picking up the kids from the day-care/kindergarten/forest playgroup, preparing healthy and balanced meals for kids but also dinner for the whole family, playing indoors (Lego, reading books, board games, crafts, baking, etc.), organising outdoor activities (playground, Badi, library, etc.), accompanying the children to their hobbies
- As a family manager, you ensure that the family's daily routine runs as smoothly as possible, and you offer support wherever it's needed
- Additional kidsitting assignments in the evenings or at weekends are optional by arrangement
Qualifikation
- A highly professional, proactive, and experienced person with a caring attitude and necessary awareness of the private household as a working environment
- Reliability as well as being trustworthy are essential for the family
- Your personality is defined by your positive way of thinking, and you know how to act calmly but with a natural authority towards the children and to show them the boundaries if necessary
- Independent working style with very good organizational and time management skills
- Several years of experience (5 years plus) in a similar job preferably with experience in dealing with 3 young children
- A driving license would be beneficial
- English mother tongue level is required
