We are looking for an experienced AEM Tech Lead based in Geneva to join our team. In this project you will be working closely with our client who runs operations in 100+ countries, each country having its own website, administrated both from the local market and from the headquarters in Geneva. The website needs to be made available in a dozen languages to offer a better user experience. In this role you have the chance to work on a greenfield project where a new AEM instance has to be built from scratch with some content migration from another tech stack.

**What You Have**:

- AEM Cloud strong experience, willing to develop as well as manage a team of developers composed of front end, back end, and architect
- Able to understand technical requirements
- Scrum knowledge to work in Agile mode
- Managerial skills
- Ability to discuss, report and reassure the client on the project's progress
- Ability to work under pressure if a deadline needs to be met
- Will to commit for a few years. We are looking for a Tech Lead to manage the project over the long term

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the tech strategy: definition of the architecture and lay the technical foundations of the platform
- Understand the client’s requirements and expected features and the ability to translate them for tech implementation
- Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of the backlog, ticket creation, and organization of the sprints
- Advise the client on technical choices involving the AEM tech stack, architecture, and the front end
- Organize the work within the team - back end, front end, architecture, and DevOps
- Follow up on the team progress, PR reviews
- Testing
- Deployments
- Liaise with EPAM internal team and the client’s teams
