**Chief of Staff (M/F/N)**

You will be collaborating with CEO and executive team members to determine and prioritize future business strategies for Roger Dubuis. Amongst other you will be working on the following priorities:

- Participate & coordinate key agenda moments of the year: Budget presentation, World Meeting, strategic planning, all kind of Maison visits’
- Participates in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back to the CEO
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational changes for optimized efficiency and productivity according to needs
- Coordinating strategic initiatives and projects and guide to completion
- Suggesting problem resolution approaches and new governance
- Replacing our CEO in meetings/calls he cannot attend
- Acting as the sounding board to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives
- Coordinate and prepare senior Management Meetings & Documentation (quarterly meetings, strat plan, etc )
- Support CEO in market visits
- Prepare CEO Meetings

- 7+ years in a business or executive management role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Strong business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Entrepreneur and agile with an ability to adapt
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Is willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
- Trust worthy and can handle confidentiality
- Strong ability to manage stress and mutitask
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
