**Customer Engineering Manager**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead Operations of Engineering to Order and assure the on time order processing from customer orders.
- Lead Offers for electrical components for all the SC-EU factories, give technical support, guide customers to find the best solution and assure that the deliverables fulfill Regulations, Safety and Quality requirements
- Be responsible for the Offer and Engineering quality outputs for manufacturing, purchasing and suppliers
- Ensures and deploy a professional and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, SC-EU organization and with the team, also driving team performance and developing the team members with a continuous improvement mindset
- Inspire, promote team work and develop people
- Track KPI's and proactively act in case of deviations

- Degree in Electrical/Electronical Engineering
- 5 years experience within R&D or Engineering contexts of structured and multinational Organization
- Office package with main focus on Excel
- Fluent English and Italian - German is a plus
- Elevators knowledge and analysis skills are preferred
