Notre service **Informatique**, basé à **Morges**, assure la gestion de notre Système d’Information et apporte son soutien aux différents métiers du Groupe Romande Energie. Dans le cadre de la mise en place d’un pôle de développement interne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e

**TEST MANAGER (F/H) 80-100%**

**Profil**
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique.
- Expérience entre 5-7 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Expérience dans la mise en place d’une testing factory.
- Expérience dans la conduite de projets en mode Agile, de préférence dans le monde de l’ERP (RH, Finance, gestion projet ).
- Expérience dans l’analyse de tests notamment selon les approches BDD et TDD.
- Expérience dans l’automatisation de tests sur les technologies web, mobile, api et clients lourds.
- Connaissance de différents outils de management et d’analyse de Test (xray, HP ALM, Zephyr...) et d’automatisation (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Soap UI) est un plus.
- Connaissances des technologies DevOps et CI/CD.
- Maîtrise des outils Gitlab, Jira et Confluence est un plus.
- Être certifié ISTQB Advanced (Core, Agile et/ou specialist) est un plus.
- Savoir être : Autonome, proactif, esprit d’équipe, communication, esprit d'analyse, écoute.
- Sensibilité à la sécurité IT et à la protection des données.
- Langue maternelle française et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.

**Responsabilités**
- Définition et gestion de la stratégie de tests en mode Agile en collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes métier et IT.
- Formalisation des tests fonctionnels applicatifs détaillés.
- Suivi des exécutions de tests et analyse des anomalies.
- Production des rapports et des indicateurs pour le suivi de tests automatisés.
- Force de proposition sur les améliorations et expertise dans le domaine du testing.
- Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs, les problèmes à résoudre ainsi que les contraintes d’ordre technique.
- Participer aux phases de conception et aux choix d'architecture et d’outils.
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques.
- Contribuer à la gestion du changement dans l’entreprise, en embarquant les parties prenantes vers les nouveaux environnements techniques et les pratiques Agile / DevOps.
