**Description de l'entreprise** SAM Sensory and Marketing International**, leader européen des études consommateurs et sensorielles, recrute **un (e)** **Project Manager/ Panel Leader en analyse sensorielle assurant en complément un poste d’assistant (e) de laboratoire**
Le poste est à pourvoir au laboratoire spécialisé dans l’analyse sensorielle des produits du tabac de nouvelle génération. Créé en 2008 à Lausanne (**Suisse**), ce centre est dédié au développement **de produits alternatifs aux cigarettes conventionnelles comme les produits du tabac chauffé et les produits à base de e-liquide.
**Description du poste**
Gestion autonome de panels dans le respect des procédures appliquées au laboratoire:
- Recrutement, sélection et gestion des panélistes,
- Animation des différentes séances : séances de sélection, séances d’entraînement à la méthodologie, séances d’études,
- Suivi et contrôle des performances des panélistes,
- Préparation des tests (organisation des sessions, préparations des échantillons, rangement des cabines ),
- Utilisation d’outils statistiques pour le traitement les résultats,
- Rédaction des rapports en anglais pour le client,
- Contact quotidien avec le client pour le suivi des études,
- Participation active à la gestion du laboratoire (planning de tests, approvisionnement des produits, maintenance des équipements, ),
- Participation à la démarche d’assurance qualité.
**Qualifications**
- Diplôme technique en agroalimentaire ou en analyse sensorielle,
- Maîtrise des méthodologies sensorielles et des statistiques appliquées à l’analyse sensorielle,
- Première expérience significative en animation de panels indispensable,
- Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e),
- Travail de façon autonome en respectant les procédures,
- Intérêt pour les taches administratives,
- Esprit d’initiative,
- Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication,
- Aptitude au travail en équipe,
- Fort sens des responsabilités,
- Français courant et bonnes connaissances d’anglais,
- Maîtrise du pack office, connaissance du logiciel EyeQuestion appréciée
