Für unserer Standort Visp suchen wir einen **Laboratory Technician Analytical Development Microbial** (m/w/d).

Als Mitglied unserer Analytischen Entwicklungsabteilung (AD) entwickeln, optimieren und validieren Sie analytische Methoden in Kundenprojekten für Biopharmazeutika. Sie arbeiten nach ISO und GMP-Qualitätsrichtlinien und nehmen sich im Labor den notwendigen administrativen Arbeiten wie der Dokumentation der Resultate, dem Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten, sowie der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen an. Die abwechslungsreichen Verantwortlichkeiten beinhalten auch das Schulen von Mitarbeitern sowie das Betreuen von Praktikant/innen und/oder Auszubildenden. Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie eigenverantwortlich Ihnen zugeteilte Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams nach Absprache mit dem Projektleiter und tragen zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung und damit zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von HPLC Assays (RP-/SE-/IEX-HPLC etc.) und/oder biochemischer Methoden (ELISA, RT-qPCR, CE-SDS, UVA280 etc.)
- Erstellung und Revision der Studienprotokolle, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichte in multiplen Studien entsprechend den GLP-Richtlinien
- Training und Entwicklung von Lehrlingen, Junior Laboranten und Praktikanten
- Implementierung neuer analytischer Technologien und Mitwirkung bei der Laborautomatisierung

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in der Fachrichtung Biologie, Chemie (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation). Industrieerfahrung ist ein Plus.
- Sie kennen sich mit HPLC/UHPLC und/oder Bioanalytik bestens aus und sind erfahren im Umgang mit ISO- und GMP-Standards
- Sie schaffen es als ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit, auch in schwierigen Situationen die Übersicht zu bewahren und die entstehenden Herausforderungen mit Elan anzugehen
- Es macht Ihnen Spass, sich für unseren dynamischen Konzern einzusetzen und Sie schaffen es, sich auch in einer neuen Arbeitsumgebung zügig zu etablieren
- Neben Deutsch können Sie sich auch in Englisch verständigen
- Es fällt Ihnen leicht, MS Office, CDS Empower, LIMS, DMS und Trackwise im Arbeitsalltag gewinnbringend einzusetzen.
