LE RÔLE

En tant que Coordinateur Logistique, vous serez responsable des opérations de l'entreprise. Vous coordonnerez le flux de marchandises et d'informations depuis les entrepôts de nos fournisseurs jusqu'au domicile de nos consommateurs. Vous êtes l’épine dorsale de l'entreprise, vous gérez et améliorez constamment notre chaîne d'approvisionnement. Votre travail est absolument essentiel à la croissance de l'entreprise. Et à ce titre, vous rapportez au PDG.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Stock et approvisionnement en matériaux d'emballage (chez nos fournisseurs)

Stock et approvisionnement des produits finis (dans notre entrepôt)

Gestion des commandes de bout en bout (collecte, “pick & pack”, prise en charge par la poste)

Service client (réclamations, retours, remboursements, etc.)

Identifier les opportunités dans la configuration logistique existante et apporter des améliorations (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l’installation/ mise à niveau de logiciels, la recherche de la solution la plus efficace pour les commandes de plus de 30 kg).

Gérer toutes les communications liées à la logistique avec nos clients finaux, détaillants et restaurateurs.

Créer et mettre à jour des rapports contenant des indicateurs de performance clés liés à la logistique et aux expéditions.

Diriger la préparation de l'audit avec l'Organisme de Certification Biologique.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire

License en gestion d’entreprise /Logistique/Opérations

Connaissance de l'informatique et maîtrise de MS Office.

La maîtrise du français et de l'italien est indispensable, celle de l’allemande et anglais est un atout majeur.

ENTREPRISE

Food for Health® est la startup suisse derrière la marque d'huile d'olive Olixir®. Le fondateur Sergio Panzarella et son équipe ont pour mission de fabriquer des produits naturels d'une densité nutritionnelle et d'un goût supérieurs afin d'avoir un impact positif sur la santé des gens. Olixir® est leur première marque, une huile d'olive extra vierge de haute qualité, riche en polyphénols qui protègent le cœur, et dont le goût est inoubliable. La marque a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires à six chiffres et une croissance multipliée par six depuis son lancement. Olixir® est devenue l'huile d'olive préférée de nombreux chefs prestigieux (Four Seasons Catering, Le Cigalon, Gourmet Brothers, Atelier Robuchon, Le Jardinier, et d'autres) et des principaux détaillants haut de gamme comme Organy, Kiss the Ground et Manor (avec un accord de distribution dans toute la Suisse).
