Sales & Operations Planning Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Implementation and further development of the S&OP process
- Preparation of the forecast in cooperation with Sales and FICO
- Preparation, management and moderation of the monthly S&OP meetings (Pre-Meeting & Executive Meeting)
- Coordination and cooperation with the interfaces for the preparation of the rough planning at plant level
- Preparation of possible actions by convening meetings in advance
- Identification of possible bottlenecks and elaboration of scenarios to counteract them
- Follow-up of actions
- Ensuring an effective communication process, including ensuring that tactical and strategic decisions are made at the right level
- Documenting the processes
- Active participation in the design of the SKAN planning landscape
Hardskills
- Degree/further education in the field of supply chain/logistics
- At least 5 years' experience as a production planner, demand planner or supply chain manager
- Experience in S&OP
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel - pivot tables)
- Very good SAP knowledge in the area of SD/MM/PP
- German and English business fluent
Softskills
- Very good analytical skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Assertiveness
- Good communication skills
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
