Junior Structurer/ Structured Trade Finance

The STF Junior Structurer will support putting together trade related structures for both customer/supplier solutions and proprietary financial structures. The incumbent will in particular support the development of a trade approval form for every structure the STF unit intend to market, articulating the nature of the transaction and various risks involved. This is a complex role that will entail a strong collaboration with other STF team members (origination, risk distribution & execution), but also other key stakeholders within the ADM organization, the business units as well as tax, legal & risk. The individual will need to be able to grasp the multiple dimensions of STF structures and articulate them in a comprehensive document. The incumbent will also support the STF Global Structurer Manager with be leading the standard operating procedures and related maintenance as well as develop together with the risk distribution group an adequate disclosure policy.

**Your Responsibilities**
Reporting to the STF Global Structurer Manager, the main duties of this role will include:

- Ability to grasp complex financial structures and assess their related risk parameters
- Preparation of the trade approval forms and seek guidance and approval from key stakeholders
- Support the preparation and monitoring of appropriate standard operating procedures and other policies (disclosure in particular)
- Support maintain and review the appropriate STF country/counterparty limits following guidance from ADM risk & treasury groups
- Drive the development of appropriate documentation flow (contracts, distribution agreements, confirmation letters, etc.) in collaboration with other STF team members, treasury and ADM business units

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering/business/banking or finance (or similar)
- 1-3 years in financial institutions and/or corporate finance, preferably with structured trade finance exposure
- Good understanding of trade, corporate lending as well as treasury activities
- Experience in various risk metrics (credit, cross-border, tax & legal, etc.)
- Strong Risk Management mind-set that accompany the development of new markets and financial structures
- Self-motivated, willingness to constantly innovate and seek news ways to support the activities of the group
- Ability to grasp complex financial products & transactions
- Passion for learning new products and skills and drive change when needed
- Ability to influence at different levels within the ADM organization (business units, tax group, legal & risk)
- Very open minded and team oriented with a desire to succeed as a group
- Enjoy working in a building environment that will grow at a fast pace and start with limited resources

**Salary**: From CHF1.00 per year
