Overview of Role

We are seeking a passionate Client Executive to complement our Family Office and Wealth Planning desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general assistance, such as
- respond to client requests and provide information when required
- receive and process trading orders from clients
- prepare documentation for client meetings
- provide instructions for deposit and loan maturities
- monitor progress of tasks and gather information for internal statistics
- Managing an existing client portfolio
- Help organize internal training sessions on Wealth Planning matters
- Support other teams with Wealth Planning matters together with our strategic partner (EY)
- Close co-operation with various departments particularly in Zurich, including Private Banking, Investment Department, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration
- Coordinate meetings (internal and external) and in-house client events
- Provide assistance with marketing prospective clients, such as
- research and qualify potential clients from extensive contact list
- prepare marketing letters and diarise to follow-up
- assist with preparing investment proposals

Education and Qualifications
- Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar
- STEP qualification considered a plus

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- A minimum of 3 years banking experience required
- Understanding of investment/financial markets required
- Very good communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken), good French skills are an advantage
- Avaloq experience is beneficial
- Team player
- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
- Reliable and accurate
