**The Role**:
**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Define and Coordinate a monthly Product & Project review with POD’s managers/Site heads/MS&T/Engin./QA/Reg

Establish a solid demand review process and oversight the execution through the support of CMO planners

Ensure right inputs are coming to the Supply Review (Projects/New demand/etc.)

Represents the main SPOC to communicate key decisions and proposed plans towards CmC finance Team

Play a coordination role, towards Global S&Op main stakeholders

Define best practice for S&Op with CMO’s, accordingly with Global SC Design team

Perform education sessions towards S&Op audience, in CmC organization, to ensure necessary level of process knowledge across Moderna organization

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
BS/BA in Supply Chain, Science or Economics/Finance with 15 years’ experience.

15+ years’ experience as a Production Planner within Biotech, Pharma or other related batch production manufacturing environments. CMO experience strongly preferred

10+ years’ experience with SAP MPS and MRP

APICS/ASCM CPIM and CSCP accreditations preferred.

Working knowledge of site supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurement, order fulfilment, master data and life-cycle management.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, at all levels, in a complex and multinational environment.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across boundaries (functional and cultural) and form effective working relationships with colleagues.

Customer and business focused - determined to deliver successful outcomes in a cost-effective way.

Demonstrated change management and process management experience is preferred: demonstrated usage of data to drive process improvements.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
