**BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER LIVESTOCK (m/w/d)**:
**POSITIONSBESCHREIBUNG UND AUFGABEN**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teilbereichs des Markenportfolios Livestock
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen
- Entwicklung und Management von digitalen und analogen Marketing
- und Verkaufsförderungskonzepten Marketing Controlling
- Analyse und Aufbereitung interner und externer Umsatz
- und Absatzdaten, Distributionswerte und Marktanteile
- Mitarbeiterführung; Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Aussendienst-Schulungen und Coaching
- Aufbau, Führung und Coaching des Außendienstteams
- Wissenschaftliche und fachliche Unterstützung des Aussendienstes
- Durchführung von Produkt
- und Vertriebsschulungen für Aussendienstmitarbeitende
- Verkaufsunterstützung in Form von Fachvorträgen für Kund*innen (Tierärzt*innen und Tierhalter*innen), individuellem Verkaufscoaching und Verkaufsschulungen
- Umsetzung und Entwicklung strategischer Pläne zur Geschäftsentwicklung
- Budgetplanung, -steuerung, und -kontrolle für die verantworteten Marken/Therapiegebiete
- Erstellen und Implementieren von Geschäftsplänen für Zielgebiete, die auf Analysen, Kundenkenntnissen und Praxispotenzialen und aufkommenden Trends im Tierarztsegment basieren.
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Compliance-Vorgaben des Unternehmens
- Wissenschaftliche Beratung von Tierärzten*innen und Kontaktpflege zu Meinungsbildnern
- Fachliche Leitung (Medizin) des Bereichs Livestock und Pferde; Beratung von Tierärzt*innen zur Produktpalette
- Teilnahme und Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen und Kongressen
- Planung/ Umsetzung von Kampagnen zur Betreuung von Meinungsbildnern
- Absatz
- und Mengenplanung: Regelmässige Überprüfung und Anpassung des Produktionsforecastes für verantwortete Produkte

**SIE BRINGEN MIT**:

- Tierarzt*ärztin, idealerweise Fachtierarzt*ärztin resp. Board Certification
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als praktischer Tierarzt*ärztin
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Tiergesundheitsindustrie
- Deutsch/Schweizer Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Ggf. Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/Marketing/Kommunikation
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamplayer
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Unternehmerisches Denken
