Business Development Strategy Advisor

The Business Development Strategy Advisor provides support to the business development team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects related to development of new solutions, as well as for supporting solution sales planning with pharma. This will include evaluating project requirements through collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders, building the project plan, coordinating stakeholder collaboration, capturing feedback, making process improvement recommendations, proactively communicating progress, risks and issues, completing necessary documentation and supporting the team to deliver the necessary results within the established timeline.

**What you will be working on**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand goals for each project, including requirement gathering, project plan development, as well as any other project documentation
- Managing and leading working sessions with the project team, as well as documenting and articulating progress
- Ensure that there is proper documentation following completion of each initiative, including creating trainings
- Work with Sr. Director, Business Development, and the leadership team to actively identify, present, and pursue new initiatives

**Your Profile**:

- 3-5 years relevant experience in a project management position within matrix-organizations. Experience working with external stakeholders is preferred
- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, financial
- and or Project Management degree/training is strongly encouraged
- Must be able to work independently and have impeccable communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to collect and analyze data and present in an audience-adapted way
- Excellent Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite skills
