**Position**:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Buying & Merchandising Senior Manager, the E-Commerce Merchandising & Buying Assistant will support Guess E-Commerce department's merchandising & buying process.

He/she will assist colleagues in product performance analysis, product selection assortments for the Guess website, and driving assortment and SKU productivity to achieve financial goals.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Buying & Allocation_
- Assistance in the B2C e-commerce selection for Website and Marketplaces
- Cooperation with Planning and Allocation teams to finalize the E-Comm. orders respecting the seasonal budget
- Cooperation with Planning and Allocation teams to ensure the inventory level depending on the seasonal budget
- Selection insertion and maintenance in the merchandising planning system, within the insertion of purchase orders in AS400
- Tracking and follow up of production shipment (inbound and allocation activities for website)
- Merchandising & Analytics_
- Pre-seasonal and in-seasonal product analysis
- ST% and sales performances ad hoc reports
- Support of style activation process in the website
- Support in e-commerce markdown price list creation matching Retail Markdown list and ecommerce-only products
- Follow up on general inquiries from divisions and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Marketing or Economics degree is considered a plus
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Office package knowledge, well-skilled in Excel
- Good data understanding and knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of the English language - both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus
- Be cooperative, flexible and a teammate
- Be precise and respect deadlines
- Data oriented mindset
- Passionate about fashion
