RETAIL Experts is seeking for a passionate Sales and Product** Training Specialist **for a most respected high-end Watch company with its headquarters in Canton Bern.

Based out of Bienne / Biel and reporting to the Training Manager, this position will have the following mission:

- Educate and train Sales Associates and Boutique Managers in the Retail / Wholesale network worldwide
- Execute Mystery Shopping Program action plans in assigned geographic territory
- Deliver trainings on the basis of corporate presentation material
- Coach & assess sales staff on a regular basis
- Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
- Maintain and develop a thorough understanding of the brand collections and specific sales techniques/argumentation
- Support all retail outlets in assigned geographic territory
- Develop and adapt the training material
**Job Requirements**

This highly itinerant field role focusing on the product range and its sales argumentation will require the following background:

- Formal experience in** Sales as well as in Training/Coaching ideally from the Watch sector**
- Strong presentation and public speaking techniques
- Premium-Luxury product experience (watch, Jewellery, cosmetics,)
- Perfect fluency in **German and English, while French is a serious advantage**
- Strong drive, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to energize (internal and external) sales teams
- Highly structured with proven organizational and time management skills
- Detail orientated and striving for Excellence in Retail
- **Ability to travel frequently**
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland / willing to relocate to Canton Bern or Neuchâtel / Switzerland
- Prior successful experience in Sales, Training and or Product development (Watchmaking)
- Fluency in FR/ENG and ideally GER so as to provide training in all 2 (3) languages
