**HR Tech Support**

For the integration of the new acquisition “Riri” into our Oerlikon Surface Solutions Division (OSS) at Oerlikon we are looking for a temporary support of 6 months for our HR Tech team. The main focus for HR Tech Support will be on data migration (data crunching, collection and uploading) to SuccessFactors.

Your Responsibilities
- In this role you will support the HR Tech team in the integration process exercise for our OSS Division
- You will ensure that HC & FTE reporting for the new acquisition runs smoothly, with manual interventions and support to the new acquired local HR teams of “Riri” in Italy
- Further you will run from end to end the data migration exercise (collecting data, transforming and mapping, migrating data into SAP SuccessFactors)
- You will also run data quality checks and cross check data with local Payroll systems
- You provide support for payroll integration discussions and preparations
- In this role you will also support the local HR teams in Italy in managing the system and do basic trainings
- Last but not least, you will support the local HR teams in Italy in providing data and data crunching

Your Profile
- You bring along experience in Human Resources processes
- You have additional experience with personnel management (HRIS) systems, ideally in a multinational corporation
- Handling large amounts of data is an easy one for you
- High affinity for IT and professional knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- You have a quick comprehension and a structured and analytical way of thinking
- You are comfortable communicating in English (Italian is a plus)
