Supply Chain Operations Expert

Ihr Einsatz

Wir suchen einen Supply Chain Operations Expert, der das dynamische Team unseres Kunden unterstützt.

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben im Kundenservice, um sicherzustellen, dass Kunden bestmöglich betreut werden. Dazu gehören unter anderem die Einholung, Erfassung und Überwachung von Kundenforecasts sowie die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Planung, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle zusammen, um die termingerechte Lieferung unserer Produkte sicherzustellen. Die Transportorganisation und -koordination, sowohl im Im
- als auch im Export, liegt ebenfalls in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Darüber hinaus stimmen Sie sich mit dem Key Account Management ab, um Kundenanforderungen zu koordinieren und zu erfüllen.

Die Erstellung von Kundenreports zur Überwachung der Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie sind der Ansprechpartner für auftragsbezogene Fragen und übernehmen die Kundenkommunikation. Zudem nehmen Sie an S&OP Meetings teil, um Vertriebs
- und Produktionspläne abzustimmen.

In enger Absprache mit dem Head of Customer Service nehmen Sie an Kundenbesuchen und Telefonkonferenzen teil, um eine gute Kundenbeziehung aufrechtzuerhalten. Sie untersuchen, koordinieren und managen Servicebeschwerden, um eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für unsere Kunden zu finden.

Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die bereichsübergreifende Koordination operativer Themen und Prozesse, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Sie unterstützen den jährlichen Salesbudget-Prozess durch die Erstellung von Reports und Accountplänen. Die korrekte Verrechnung von Dienstleistungen und Services wird von Ihnen sichergestellt, und Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Stammdaten im ERP-System.

Darüber hinaus sind Sie aktiv in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten involviert, um zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung beizutragen.

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ
- Mind. 3 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position (Vorzugsweise im CS)
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse mind. Level B2
- Fortgeschrittene MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Exzellente Kommunkationsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsmentalität
