Operational Scheduler, Cgt

As an Operational Scheduler/ Production Planner Associate you will be working under limited supervision, will be responsible for developing and manage the execution of the supply plan based on agreed upon safety stock levels while optimizing commercial and clinical production operations, including PU personnel planning.
Major Accountabilities:

- Execution of Commercial and Clinical Production Plan.
- Ensure transparency and priorities of orders, Creation of production orders in SAP and allocation of consumable materials and ensure the availability of the needed components (raw materials, Medien, etc.).
- Ensure a timely execution of the Establish optimum cycle to maximize flexibility (Preparation of the weekly production plan and responsibility for its timely implementation).
- Responsible for personnel planning in the PU in Planning Tool and communicate the schedule to the manufacturing Shift leaders for Final Review and if necessary, determine and inform production priorities and overtime requirements.
- High communicates between Operational schedulers, Shift leaders, Manufacturing, MS&T, QA, QC, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Pharmaceutical Production - knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and industry practices. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. (cGMPs)
- Maintenance and responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of planning-relevant master data in the SAP R/3 system
- 1QEM: Action / CAPA
