Our diverse team is looking for an **Agile Project Manager **to help us on our mission to develop robust and highly accurate positioning solutions for robots and autonomous vehicles. Our innovative solution with cutting-edge computer vision and GNSS positioning technologies enables autonomous things of all shapes and sizes to operate in all kinds of challenging environments.

**About the role**

Fixposition is continuously extending its products and is participating in several small and large projects. You will be responsible for managing our core projects in an agile framework. You will work very closely with our R&D Scrum Teams and Product Manager and include the following responsibilities:

- Project planning and management: define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
- Product Owner support: support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and inputs; manage stakeholders; help to implement an effective system of project tracking.
- Process management and improvement: define and manage project management processes and push process improvements to implement best practice for Agile Project Management.
- Team building: promote empowerment of the team, ensure that everyone in the team can work to their optimum to make outstanding contributions, and encourage a sustainable pace; assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to help achieve this; push alignment of all stakeholders.

**Your profile**
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit our project and business environment.
- A proven track record of successfully carrying out software or/and product development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing multiple, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with company-level product development projects.
- Balanced business/technical background: sufficient technical background to provide meaningful leadership to our R&D team and to be able to accurately, and objectively, evaluate complex project risks and issues.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. German is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Very good interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools for Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana and other Office tools.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills and experience interacting with both business and R&D teams at all levels.
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
