We are looking for a hands-on, ambitious, and goal-oriented Project Manager, who wants to contribute to make therapies happen for cancer and age-related diseases. As a Project Manager, you develop and maintain project plans, Gantts/timelines, status reports, strategic development, and filing plans in collaboration with our SVP of Research and the cross-functional members of the teams. You oversee and manage the operational aspects of our ongoing drug development project (IND-enabling, early clinical stage,) and serve as a liaison between project teams and executive management.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsibility for project planning and managing at the interface of CMC and IND phase leading the drug development to the clinical stage
- Establishing, leading, and driving the CMC operational and regulatory activities for RST in coordination with consultants with expertise in the field
- Selecting and managing partners for pre-clinical and first-in-human phase
- Leading and driving global CMC submission activities
- Representing Regulatory CMC on cross-functional project teams and maintaining collaborative networks with key stakeholders
- Initiating, maintaining, and leading Health Authority interactions and negotiations, setting objectives and risk mitigation plans
- Identifies and implements methods, techniques, procedures, and evaluation criteria to achieve results

**Experience and education requirements**
- Ph.D. in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of Industry experience in drug development, biotechnology or related field is required, in particular with biologics
- Excellent understanding of MS Office Suite and MS Project or equivalent Gantt tools is required
- Outstanding knowledge of the full Drug Development process (oncology is preferred).
- Technical experience in QbD, process and analytical validation, CMC-bridging strategies
- Extensive experience in the preparation of commercial IND submissions
- Focus on innovation, maximizing the business benefit balanced with regulatory risks and compliance
- Preferably experience in the fields of oncology, especially immuno-oncology, and aging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver project milestones on time
