**Your role**
- Are you passionate about financial markets and products? Do you have the power of persuasion? Are you keen to challenge the status quo? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- observe trends, stay on top of market developments and products and integrate these into actionable recommendations for Client Advisors
- perform strategic book reviews, identify client opportunities based on their needs in current market environments
- design and deliver WM Europe's sales initiative, while monitoring implementation success
- steer sales process governance by sounding and prioritizing sales initiatives and product or platform educations with Market Sales Managers and strategic stakeholders to maximize Front Staff impact
- drive platform and process enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our sales process
- track and analyse sales performance to identify white spots and coordinate follow-up actions with Market Sales Managers and Product Specialists
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the WM Europe Central Sales Management team in Zurich. We develop and drive the implementation of systematic sales process as well as centrally govern and track sales initiatives and focuses. In addition we are responsible for shaping the WM Europe sales agenda jointly with senior management, and strategic partners such as Chief Investment Office, Product Specialists, Finance, and other Functions. You will have the opportunity to grow in the team, engage with a variety of stakeholders across affiliated functions, and build your network and know-how across all areas of WM.

**Your expertise**
- You have- experience in the Financial industry (Wealth Management, Asset Management, CIO, FIM, etc.) ideally in sales management, client advisory or product sales
- good understanding and interest in investment products and WM services
- strong analytical and PC skills (advanced knowledge in MS Excel & MS Power Point)
- high work ethics
- a degree from a leading university or other relevant qualifications
You are- a good communicator with strong presentation skills
- able to collaborate with colleagues at higher seniority level and to hold self and others accountable for actions, results, and valuable outcomes
- a solution oriented thinker with the ability to condense complexity into actionable proposals
- highly analytical with a natural affinity for figures
- thorough: attention to details
- well-organized with project management experience
