ELCA Advisory is the consulting business line of ELCA, one of the largest independent IT companies in Switzerland. We provide expertise and support in the following areas: IT & Digital Strategies, Governance and Digital Transformation. ELCA Advisory is looking for a consultant to strengthen its team.

**In this role**:As a Digital Consultant, you are a trusted advisor of our clients, helping them to identify opportunities and find solutions. You support them in their transformation journey by assessing and evaluating their needs, as well as by providing a clear and pragmatic vision of the solution to adopt. You play a key role in the execution by leveraging on new technologies and your strong methodological skills.

Your responsibilities will include following missions:

- Support pre-sales activities, offers and client presentations preparation
- Support, structure and be part of complex digital & technology projects
- Participate in the translation of corporate vision and the business ambitions into IT strategies and roadmaps
- Support the assessment of IT organizations providing structured recommendations
- Align and engage stakeholders
- Responsible for projects activities, or a part of them, along the overall project life cycle
- Responsible for project management and/or business analysis
- Lead assigned project activities on time and on budget in the respect of internal guidelines

**About your profile**:For our role of “Digital Consultant”, you have the following skills and experience:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in science or technology, an MBA would be a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consultancy
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Experience facilitating and leading workshops with heterogeneous stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a flair for identifying new opportunities
- Ability to structure and build pragmatic solutions and motivated to implement them
- Active listener, problem solver, facilitator
- A passion for technology and management
- Ability to carry out diverse mandates simultaneously
- Experience in one or more industries relevant to Swiss Romandie (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, finance, transportation, public sector, manufacturing )
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMI, IPMA, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, SCRUM, SAFe )
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at clients’ offices
- Fluent in French and English, additional language is a plus
