As part of the Private Clients unit, you will join the brand new Lombard Odier Corporate Advisory department and complete a dynamic and growing team to provide Corporate Finance Advisory services to SMEs.

M&A Manager

Mission:

- Support the Corporate Advisory team and ensure direct responsibility from a commercial, technical and operational perspective for sell-side, buy-side and valuation engagements.
- Participate to a broad range of tasks including company and market research, preparation of proposals/pitches and transaction documents (teaser, information memorandum, etc.).
- Participate directly in the commercial effort of the team by attending client meetings and getting exposure to a broad range of sectors.
- Be able to present the bank's range of tools, services and solutions in the framework of the Corporate Advisory activity.
- Ensure an impeccable follow-up of the files and clients/prospects with proactivity and independence.
- Liaise with all internal partners and departments to provide timely and accurate responses to client and prospects.

Desired Profile:

- University degree.
- Three to five years of experience in a similar role in M&A / Corporate advisory.
- Commercial spirit, good communication and strong sense of service.
- Excellent redaction and presentation skills.
- Very good team and network skills.
- Diligent, autonomous and multi-tasker.
- Strong resistance to stress.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Very good IT skills.
- Very good level of English and French. German and/or Swiss German an asset.
- Residence in Switzerland.
