**Main Purpose**:
You will support the global Legal Team of the Richemont Group on its mission to (1) grow the business by utilizing the full suite of legal capabilities in order to (a) capture locked opportunities and (b) problem solve and overcome obstacles; (2) protect the Group and the Group’s Maisons, our people and our shareholders; and (3) form a high-performing legal team recognized as best-in-class within the Group and the wider industry. You will work closely with and become the right hand of the Group General Counsel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Chief of Staff of Legal Team - **You will be part of the Legal Leadership Team and assist the General Counsel setting up appropriate rituals and routines for the team to collaborate effectively. You will coordinate the agenda and ensure that follow-up actions are delivered.
- **Project Manage Key Team Initiatives - **With the support of the General Counsel you will plan and project-manage key initiatives for the development of the Legal Team including training, learning and development, and efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives and recognition.
- **Legal Tech & Operations-** With the support of the General Counsel you will develop an encompassing tech vision and strategy for the Legal Team encompassing (1) matter management including litigation reporting, (2) contract management including contract generation, (3) knowledge management and sharing, (4) counsel management including engagement and payment, and (5) data metrics and analytics. Avoid frictions with existing IP, Compliance and other systems.
- **Collaboration and Communication** - With the support of the General Counsel, develop internal collaboration and communication strategies for the Legal Team, including on feedback, recognition, transparency and sharing, and execute in milestones accordingly.

**Key Contacts**:

- Group Legal: Group General Counsel and direct reports as well as other key stakeholders of the team.
- Group & Maisons: Group Communication, Group IT, Group Finance, Group Internal Audit, Group HR, Group Technology, Group Security, Group Treasury, Group Supply Chain and Responsible Sourcing, Group Transformation
- External: Outside Counsel, Software and Tech provider, IT consultants, Legal Operations Associations

**Education**:

- Bachelor/Master’s or any other academic degree in law (or other business-related disciplines with experience in legal operations). Ideally prior experience in project management and technology.

**Required Experience**
- Five years or more of work experience in a similar role (business legal function)
- Project Management experience is a strong plus.

**Technical skills / abilities / including languages (if applicable)**
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.

- Strong communication, listening and facilitating skills, and excellent written skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Ability to develop, present and defend own ideas and initiates.
- Dedicated, flexible, curious, pragmatic and autonomous.
