Your mission at Climeworks is to assist in the drafting and preparation of contracts, while providing support during contract negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- You contribute your innovative ideas and insights in the development and drafting of guidelines and policies, shaping the future of our legal framework.
- You will showcase your writing skills as you draft, review, and maintain contract and other templates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- You play an active role in supporting legal operations, diving into diverse legal matters.
- You assist with corporate housekeeping tasks, bringing order and efficiency to our legal processes.
- You will be a guardian of our organization's documents, actively supporting document retention and related processes to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- You are either currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in law in Switzerland or abroad or have recently completed your studies in law.
- You are specifically seeking a 6-month internship starting in September, aligning with your educational requirements and career goals.
- Your quick wit and sharp intellect will allow you to easily grasp complex legal topics and concepts.
- Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you meticulously handle various tasks with utmost attention to detail.
- As a proactive and enthusiastic team member, you will bring a can-do mentality, embracing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth in our fast-paced environment.
- You will demonstrate autonomy and initiative, tackling assigned tasks with limited direct supervision while consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Your reliability and ability to collaborate effectively will make you a valuable asset as a team player.
- Your fluency in spoken and written English will enable you to confidently communicate and navigate legal matters in a business context. German knowledge is a plus but not required.
