**Job description**:
Main responsibilities will include:

- Team management of the quality team (2 FTE)
- Implement and monitor strategic Quality projects such as RESULT, Wood Policy, REACH, RoHS, and others
- Collaborate with other Swatch Group companies to implement strategic projects
- Implementation and monitoring of indicators and manage improvement related to suppliers
- Plan and carry out future Quality Assurance projects within the brand
- Define Quality criteria for development, control criteria, and manage control tools
- Manage the meeting of aesthetic criteria/calibration "Customer's Eye"
- Implement and monitor Swatch quality requirements in the internal laboratory (control tools, approval, date code addition project, and other)
- Quality monitoring and technical support for all new product developments and projects for Swatch and Flik Flak
- Management of the technical office, establish approval plans and manage database
- Monitor the introduction of new suppliers and collaborate with them in quality problems
- Implement control related to the production series 0 (masterpiece, stock of the pattern)
- Make decisions on rejected QCs and manage derogations
- Analyse quality problems in the markets, create and monitor corrective actions
- Manage and monitor watchband return statistics + action plans
- Participate in meetings between Swatch and ETA
- Manage the logistics quality unit
- Various other projects

**Profile**:
**Professional requirements and profile**
- Engineering degree (microtechnology or electronics) or equivalent with Quality training (TQIII or equivalent)
- Experience in the Quality field (Quality Manager) and in leading projects and work teams
- Good knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), knowledge of databases desirable

**Professional requirements**:
In addition to the above, you are independent with a lot of sense of responsibility and organization. You are able to take initiative and you are flexible. Furthermore, you are not afraid with high quantity and to do administrative tasks.

**Languages**:
You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Any other languages are an advantage.
