FELFEL est une entreprise familiale fondée en 2014 et plusieurs fois primée, qui révolutionne l’alimentation au travail dans toute la Suisse. Avec les frigos FELFEL, les employés profitent chaque jour de repas faits maison, de boissons et d’encas savoureux, avec un nouveau menu chaque semaine.

En 2021, nous avons également lancé Gavetti, la première machine à café intelligente afin de permettre à tous les employés de profiter d'un café digne d’un barista au bureau, à tout moment de la journée.

Comme vous pouvez imaginer... chez FELFEL, on parle essentiellement de gastronomie, de café et tout ça, en bonne compagnie Qui ne serait pas heureux dans une telle ambiance ?

**LE SECTEUR OPÉRATIONNEL - LE FELFEL 'MERCHANT' ET TON IMPACT**:
Notre équipe de “Merchants” veille à ce que tout se passe bien pour plus de 500 entreprises clientes et s’assure que nos clients soient satisfaits de FELFEL.

Les “Merchants” sont coordonnés par notre Dispatcher qui décide des visites à faire quotidiennement. En effet, il est courant de visiter entre 4 et 6 entreprises clientes dans la même journée pour vérifier que tout est en ordre avec le FELFEL: inventaire des produits par exemple, mais le plus important? Le contact et les conversations avec les utilisateurs FELFEL

La devise de notre équipe est “go the extra mile”. En gros, faire tout notre possible pour rendre nos clients heureux ;).

**TON ROLE**:

- **Visites d’entreprises**: En tant que “Merchants” tu visites, à bord d’une chouette camionnette biogaz FELFEL, un grand nombre d’entreprises basées dans toute la Suisse. Tu es le visage de FELFEL pour nos clients
- **Travail d’entretien**: Dans chaque entreprise, tu effectues un “service” complet. Mais qu’est-ce que ça veut dire? Simplement faire un inventaire, ajouter des couverts, faire une “beauté” au FELFEL en le nettoyant.
- **Recyclage**: Vérifier que la station de recyclage est bien à sa place et que tout fonctionne correctement. Il faut également reprendre, parfois, les sacs de produits recyclés pour les amener chez notre cher partenaire de recyclage.
- **Hygiène alimentaire**: Nettoyage minutieux et régulier du réfrigérateur. Make it look nice :)

Les heures de travail sont entre 8h et 17h/18h. Le “Merchants” se rend dès le petit matin dans les 5 ou 6 entreprises clientes sélectionnées et travaille de manière indépendante. Bien entendu, toujours en collaboration par téléphone avec nos Dispatcher, si nécessaire.

**QUI ES-TU?**:

- Tu as une expérience du service ou d’un secteur similaire dans lequel tu as été en contact avec de nombreux clients est un plus.
- Tu es une personne chaleureuse et souriante Le bonheur se transmet (à nos clients ;) )
- Tu es disponible au moins un jour complet par semaine, mais dans l’idéal 2 ou 3 jours.
- Les grosses voitures et petites camionnettes ne te font pas peur et tu es un/une pro du parcage latéral - mais ne t'en fais pas, une formation gratuite peut être donnée ;)
- Vous ne fumez pas pendant les heures de travail ;)
- Tu as de très bonnes connaissances en français et en anglais, l’allemand est un plus.
- Tu es quelqu’un de fiable et indépendant, tu fais attention aux détails et tu travailles de façon méthodique.
- Tu es capable de prendre des initiatives et tu sais faire preuve de bon sens.
