We are looking for a self-driven team player extending our motivated and skilled strategic procurement team to further define and optimize our procurement strategy, bringing more benefits to our customers, and accelerating our successful growth path.

**Job description**:
Our strategic procurement team's mission is: _Ensure material and product availability, optimize cost, and reduce SCM risks through the right procurement strategy and supplier management._ You are responsible for analyzing optimization potential in the procurement area and with our suppliers. You define priorities and procurement strategies, and implement them. You work hand in hand with our operational procurement team, the product management teams, and R&D.

**What you will do**:
Our team's responsibilities are
- Price negotiations and frame work contracts with key suppliers
- Monitor electronic component market trends and figures
- Finding and leveraging any cost optimization potential in procurement
- Continuously adapt and improve sourcing, supplier, and inventory strategies
- Manage supply chain risks, define preventive actions where required
- Support product management and R&D in new product designs
- Supplier performance monitoring and on-site supplier audits
- Support the operational procurement team with optimizing processes, leveraging ERP, etc.
- Handle supplier escalations (both directions)

**What you bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in the electronics industry
- 2+ years of experience in strategic procurement
- 2+ years of experience in an operative role
- Proven experience with negotiations and supplier relationship management
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken (B2)
