- As a Renewals Team Lead, you will join a group of talented and collaborative people whose daily mission is to ensure that as many customers as possible renew their subscriptions. You will support the team in its rapid growth and help achieve their goals by building and maintaining processes, identifying people's strengths, and helping them develop. You will also work closely with the other teams supporting sales, the sales team, and various other teams across the organization.

**On a daily basis, you will**:

- Encourage team members in their development, and help maximize their skills
- Support the onboarding process of new team members and consistent learning inside the team
- Collaborate with various other teams across the organization
- Make sure that communication continuously happens inside and outside of the team
- Establish and maintain processes to help the team achieve its goals and to ensure continuous improvement
- Make sure that data is available to support decisions
- Ensure consistency in the execution of processes across the team
- Act as the hiring manager for the team
- Report and forecast accurately renewal pipeline
- Liaise with leadership and the team to adjust strategy on specific renewals as needed

- 3+ years of proven leadership experience
- Proven experience in the software industry
