Rejuveron Vascular Therapeutics AG is headquartered in a state-of-the-art incubator laboratory environment situated in the heart of Zürich’s burgeoning Biotechnopark Zurich, Switzerland. We are looking to expand our scientific team with a Research Associate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the research team in conducting scientific experiments and screens, including diligent recording, analyzing, and documenting all data and results.
- Writing laboratory SOPs and keeping the laboratory management software up to date.
- Maintaining cell cultures and controlling availability of reagent stocks
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring cleanliness
- Preparing and presenting project updates in oral and/or written form.
- Conducting literature searches and analyses within the project scope.
- Liaising with product suppliers and scientific collaborators when required by the team
**Experience and education requirements**
- BSc or MSc in Biology, Pharmacology or related study field, or Biology Technician (Apprentice), with at least 2 years of practical experience in mammalian cell culture
- Experience with immunostaining, microscopy, and image quantification
- Experience in molecular biology (i.e. qPCR, western blots, cloning)
- Experience in high-throughput screening is a plus
- Good organizational skills, proactive mentality, driven by scientific rigour and curiosity
- Ability to plan, execute, analyse, and present scientific experiments independently
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise way in English, German is a plus
- Contribute positively to the culture of a small, mission-oriented, collegial team
