**About the Role**:
**Nanoparticle Delivery Research Associate **will work closely with other individuals from delivery biology, analytics and platform teams at Anjarium.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Synthesize, optimize and functionally evaluate lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations
- Perform analytical characterization of LNPs and downstream assays for novel payloads
- Analyze LNP performance and molecular attributes in vitro
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to design, plan, and execute experiments to facilitate in vitro and in vivo evaluation of LNP formulations
- Execute experiments to facilitate in vitro and in vivo evaluation of LNP formulations

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field
- A first experience in industry, is a plus
- Understanding of experimental design and experience with regard to lipid nanoparticle formulation, characterization and functionality
- Proven ability to work independently, effectively plan and analyze work activities and prioritize task completion to meet schedules and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communicator in English
