Principales activités
- 1 - Flux et stock
- Assurer en permanence la correspondance entre le stock physique et informatique
- Gérer l’ensemble des flux de marchandises internes et externes en s’assurant que les mouvements informatiques correspondent
- Organiser et faire évoluer l’organisation des stocks de proximité
- Organiser les inventaires annuels et tournants : planifier ces inventaires, assurer leur préparation, leur bon déroulement, rechercher les articles en cas d’écarts d’inventaire

2 - Service client
- Prendre en charge l’administration des ventes, les ventes à distance, la gestion des paiements
- Formuler les demandes de CITES export
- Gérer les commandes et réservations clients
- Être le point de contact en magasin pour le CRM et le centre de relation client
- Assurer le relais du SAV en magasin

3 - Business control et administration
- Être le référent des opérations de caisse pour le magasin : préparer les caisses le matin, vérifier et valider les clôtures de caisse journalières, réaliser le reporting pour la Direction financière
- Participer à la gestion des planning
- Gérer les achats généraux
- Assurer le suivi de maintenance pour la boutique
- Vous possédez les compétences suivantes:

- Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Capacité à partager et recevoir des feedbacks
- Rigueur et organisation
- Autonomie et agilité
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques
- Excellent niveau d’anglais, d'allemand et de français.
