**Your team**:
Your mission will be to act as an inspiring entrepreneur in leading and coordinating all activities associated with the Corporate Actions field. In your capacity as a trusted advisor vis-à-vis the business, with the triple objective of serving, influencing and bringing strategic added value, you will define and promote a vision to implement best practices and anticipate relevant evolutions (RUN and CHANGE).

**Your role**:

- Setting up a strategic vision and road map: business needs and strategies, functional and technical architecture, etc.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors to become a trusted advisor and business partner.
- Making recommendations and influencing domain evolutions to meet business needs and deploy a robust technical vision.
- Contributing to building high-performing teams by following and leading Agile processes.
- Building a strong and explicit collaboration with product owners.
- Guiding the team towards well-defined goals and priorities.
- Communicating with management as well as producing relevant KPIs.
- Ensuring efficient budget and cost management.

**Your profile**:

- Good understanding of corporate actions processes, tools and rules.
- Strong business analysis competences.
- Experience with Avaloq (as well as a certification) would be a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
