**Location**

This position will be located in Zug or in any other operating country of SI in Europe. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the respective country.

As a
- **Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for Food & Beverage** you will be creating marketing strategies and content targeting customers in the Food and Beverage vertical market globally, reporting into the Global Head of Marketing for Smart Infrastructure.
- In your new role, you will own & develop the marketing plan for the Food & Beverage vertical incl. metrics and budget planning, collaborating closely with the Vertical Head for Food & Beverage, Sales, Business Units, countries and Communications
- Ensure planning is in line with overarching Go to Market strategy
- Articulate value proposition for the respective vertical
- In addition, you will lead & design the strategic narrative providing guidance to demand generating and Sales teams
- Ideate & craft use cases for this vertical based on real life customer challenges
- Create compelling, customer-centric content that can be used in an omnichannel and multipurpose approach for digital assets, Sales collateral, whitepapers, event storylines etc.
- Leverage market, customer and competitive insights as a basis for all of the above and where needed ideate, conduct and conclude on research in partnership with the business to create actionable insights
- You will ensure Siemens Xcelerator is positioned respectively and be part of identifying opportunities for growth and channeling feedback via established workstreams
- Work in close collaboration with the vertical team, Business Units, Communications and Sales identifying opportunities for growth and ensure we have optimal channels for messaging, both internally and externally

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- The basis of your success is a degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline combined with hands on experience in creating profound Marketing plans together with the business and being able to identify and articulate growth opportunities and customer use cases
- You have several years of professional experience in related fields the B2B area and be a pro in value proposition and related content creation
- In addition, you have a solid understanding of concepts, practices and procedures in the Food & Beverage manufacturing and/or infrastructure solutions businesses as well as experience in the Food & Beverage business segment or regional field organization
- You have experience in customer and marketing research and analysis as well as vendor/agency management
- Moreover, you have a proven track record in delivering complex B2B marketing projects on a global scale
- You have good knowledge of a state-of-the-art Marketing and Sales concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures
- Knowledgeable in digital demand generation in order to work hand in hand with partnering teams generating demand
- Ability to translate thought leadership into real customer use cases by understanding both our portfolio, the industry and our customer needs
- Superior Communication Skills: You are fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way. Fluent German is a plus. Additional languages are welcome
- Be a reliable partner: You are a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality
