**New Ingredient Process Research & Development Lead**
**Work Location: La Plaine, Geneva, Switzerland**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead & develop new ingredient process research & development group (team of 20 scientists & technicians)
- Provide scientific and project leadership on route scouting programs towards novel ingredients for perfumery & taste creations
- Implement innovative chemistry methodologies & technologies up to industrial scale
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers in Perfumery & Beauty and Taste, Texture & Health Business Units
- Ensure cross-functional interactions with the global scientific innovation community
- Maintain facilities and equipment & propose investments towards increased digitalization & automation

You bring us:_**
- _ PhD or equivalent in Organic Chemistry with focused expertise in synthetic chemistry. Experience in photoredox or homogenous catalysis, industrial scale-up and/or continuous flow chemistry are a plus._
- _ 5-10 years of industrial experience in the field of Synthetic Organic Chemistry (chemical methodology & industrial scale-up)_
- _ Proven people & project management skills and ability to facilitate change_
- _ Passion for chemical innovation_
- _ Data driven approach to project ideation, planning, prioritization, and execution_
- _ Fluent in English, proficiency in French is an asset_
