Als Projekt-Supply-Chain-Manager sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für projektbezogene Beschaffung und alle mit Lieferanten zusammenhängenden Themen für das Projektteam während des gesamten Projektzeitraums. **Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Ausschreibung von Angeboten an Lieferanten. Angebote bewerten und mit Lieferanten verhandeln unter Berücksichtigung der kritischen Bedingungen des Vertrags des Kunden-
- Sicherstellen der Beschaffung von qualifizierten Lieferanten und Einleitung von Leistungsbewertungen-
- Erstellen von Bestellungen in SAP nach Klärung der Projektanforderungen mit Projektmanagement und Engineering-
- Beschaffungsverantwortung im Procure-to-Pay-Prozess für Projektmaterial von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Rechnungsklärung-
- Erstellung von projektbezogenen Beschaffungsvereinbarungen-
- Sicherstellen, dass Kostenreduktionsziele sowohl gruppenbasierten als auch projektspezifischen Zielen entsprechen und rechtzeitig gemeldet werden-
- Zusammenarbeit bei Continuous-Improvement-Projekten und Unterstützung von F&E-Aktivitäten-
- Leben unserer Kernwerte Sicherheit und Integrität, was bedeutet, Verantwortung für Ihr eigenes Handeln zu übernehmen und sich um Ihre Kollegen und das Geschäft zu kümmern**Ihr Hintergrund**:- Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von projektgefertigten Waren.-
- Idealerweise haben Sie einen technischen Hintergrund im Bereich Leistungselektronik oder Stromqualitätsanwendungen und eine zusätzliche Qualifikation im Bereich Supply Chain Management abgeschlossen.-
- Stärke in internationalen kommerziellen und rechtlichen Aspekten der Beschaffung.-
- Erfahrener Kommunikator und Verhandler, der mit zahlreichen externen und internen Parteien auf verschiedenen Ebenen in einem internationalen Projektkontext kommunizieren kann.-
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung des SAP-Moduls.-
