**Deputy Logistics BPI**
**CONTEXT**

As part of the Group Supply Chain Division / Logistic & SC Solutions Direction, the Deputy Logistics BPI (Business Process Integrator) **supports** the definition, documentation, implementation (roll-out context), continuous improvement and transformation of the Group Logistics Operating Model.

This role covers the group logistics activities** across** all regions, working closely with the Group Technology team, regional logistics teams, BPI’s from other domains, and the Maisons.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?**

**Implement the logistics operating model (Gemini roll-out)**

The Deputy Logistics BPI** navigates constantly between field operations and systems** (SAP Gemini, with a focus on LE-MM domain).
- Prepare and conduct gap analysis workshops. Specify and validate the list of gaps.
- Identify and/or validate solutions for the gaps (from change management to system evolutions)
- Review and sign-off system functional specifications
- Align with central / local business teams on target processes, rules and technical setup
- Support and drive local logistics teams throughout the project phases (solution customizing, tests, change, cutover, etc ). Follow-up technical developments
- Review and report project status and contribute to go-no-go milestones decisions

**Develop the logistics operating model**

The Deputy Logistics BPI will be **involved in diverse programs and projects** where he/she will act as SME of the logistics operating model and define its potential evolution
- Identify needs for evolutions of the logistics operating model (macro-activities, processes, business rules, role & responsibilities) in line with project objectives
- Design optimized processes (incl. roles and responsibilities and systems adaptations) in collaboration with operational and technical experts
- Engage stakeholders to ensure cross-Maisons / cross-functions / cross-entities alignment on the end-to-end business process and business rules
- Ensure operational processes & technical solutions compliance to business rules and other compliance topics (Legal, ICS, Supply Chain )
- Communicate and train on the changes
- Monitor process performance and compliance (include change effectiveness).
- Continuous improvement: plan and manage process improvement opportunities

**Support business operations**
- Address Maisons / logistics teams / Group Tech questions and issues related to the logistics operating model. Act of SME and propose solutions (organization, process and operational procedures, systems)
- If relevant, clarify and document solution enhancements requests. Align on a solution with logistics teams, business representatives and Group tech teams.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations

**Manage change and knowledge**
- Promote best practices within group and Maisons. Support change management
- Ensure proper documentation of the logistics operating model (procedures, user guides wiki, Signavio,), in line with a clear documentation governance
- Ensure proper communication of the operating model evolutions with projects impacted, with group teach teams, users’ communities and product owners

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?**

You have a proven **expertise in logistics process design and reengineering** (warehousing and transportation), along with hands-on **SAP implementation experience **(MM / EWM). Knowledge in import/export and trade compliance are an advantage.

You have convincing **interpersonal skills**, with the **ability **to constructively argument and influence decisions, as well as accompany teams through change. You are** positive and adaptive** to people from different disciplines, with varying degrees of technical experience, and in an **international context**.

You are **autonomous, organised, rigorous** and with a very good ability to find solutions in a changing environment. You will leverage your field experience to deliver **concrete business impact and take accountability on results**.

You have a university degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of professional experience. You are proficient in English, while French is an advantage.
