- Als Direktor Retail Life bist End-2-End für die Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich Vorsorge (3a/3b Sparen, Risiko, Einmaleinlagen, Tranchen) verantwortlich
- Geschäftsentwicklung beinhaltet die Definition der Business Vision sowie die Planung und Umsetzung von taktischen & strategischen Massnahmen
- Du hast die Verantwortung über den Produktentwicklungsprozess unserer Vorsorgeprodukte
- Du analysierst Konkurrenzentwicklungen, Markttrends sowie die Entwicklung unserer Produkte bezüglich Wachstum und Profitabilität
- Du bist ein wichtiger Treiber der Transformation und Innovationen im Bereich
- Als Teil des erweiterten Führungsteams des Bereiches Insurance arbeitest du eng und hochvernetzt mit dem Technical Center, Underwriting sowie dem Schaden
- Du bist eine zentrale Persönlichkeit in der Umsetzung von Massnahmen sowie der Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb sowie mit wichtigen Partnern
- Du bist für die Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Produktmanagern verantwortlich
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft / Finance oder Mathematik
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs
- oder Finanzbereich mit Fokus auf Entwicklung von Versicherungs
- und / oder Anlageprodukten für Privatkunden
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von agilen / effektiven Teams und in der Linie und / oder in Projekten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Initiativen
- Stark & klar in der Kommunikation von komplexen Inhalten intern sowie mit dem Vertrieb
- Lebt Agilität im Kontext von Transformation & Innovation vor
- Stets Markt und Kundenorientiert in allen Tätigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
