**Description**:

As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in efficiently managing the company’s administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supervising and coordinating daily administrative tasks.
Drafting complex meeting minutes during important gatherings.
Planning meetings, including managing logistics and preparing necessary documents.
Producing clear and concise summary notes.Organizing and scheduling internal meetings, ensuring the preparation of necessary documents.
Managing the schedules of executive team members.
Monitoring and updating administrative records, including personnel documentation.
Coordinating activities related to facility management.

**Compétences**:

Qualifications:

University degree in business administration, executive secretarial studies, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
Excellent skills in minute-taking and summarizing complex information.
Experience in an international environment.
Proficiency in English (C2).
Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Russian is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools and office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
